Rhea represents clients in the IT and e-commerce industries and has extensive knowledge of privacy and data security law, advising on GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA. Her practice has always centered on intellectual property, and it has evolved to keep pace with businesses throughout the U.S. and the world.
She has drafted and negotiated a broad range of technology transfer agreements, including joint collaboration, sponsored research, clinical trial, material transfer, manufacturing and distribution agreements, for clients in biotechnology, drug discovery, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
